After you have finished installing WordPress for your website, the next step is to select the theme for the website. This tutorial will guide you to practice the installation of WordPress themes easily and quickly.
Option 1: Install the free theme available on WordPress
On wordpress there are already many free themes available, you follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to admin area of your site as abc.com/wp-admin (replace abc.com with your domain name). The wp-admin interface looks like this:
Step 2: In the left column, select Appearance => Themes
Step 3: Select Add New
Step 4: Here you can see there are a lot of free themes, wordpress has the filter function according to the type of website you want to do. For example, I want to make a blog site, I will select Feature Filter is Blog then click Apply Filter
Almost all the themes here are standard responsive, ie optimized for mobile interface.
Step 5: You take a look about the theme, if you want to install it for your website, click on Install, and wait for it to run.
Step 6: Click active to activate the theme you just installed
When you’re just starting out, you just have to pick simple free themes, so that time is spent concentrating on developing quality content for your website.
Later on when your website has traffic, you have the income, then you should think about investing in paid themes with interface and features that fit the business model or purpose of the website.
Paid themes often have more advanced features, which are more optimal because of the programmers’ willingness to spend more time with them.
Option 2: Install theme by upload from computer
Usually when you buy or get a paid theme (or free) from someone, they will send you a file format. Zip (file of the theme was compressed).
Now Your job is simple. You just need to upload this file to be able to install the theme. Prior to the tutorial I will offer a number of premium paid theme providers, millions of full themes category for you to choose:

Once you get the theme’s .zip file, you will upload it in the following steps:
Step 1: Go to Appearence => Theme
Step 2: Select Add New
Step 3: Select Upload Theme
Step 4: Click on Choose file to upload the .zip format files from the computer up.
Step 5: When you buy or ask people will send you this file type. Note just like the plugin, you just upload the .zip file only. Or you can drag and drop files also. Click Install Now!
Step 6: Similarly, you wait for the theme to be installed, then click Activate. So complete the process of upload themes from the computer to set up for the website.
