How does Ubiquitii work?

In this section of Ubiquitii Review, I’ll show you how easy it is to get started with this system. the first step is to add your social media accounts, and you can do so by clicking the little + icon on the left hand side. This will bring you to the page where you can add your accounts.

From here you simply follow the instructions in the pop-up window and this will add your selected social media account. If you wish to add additional accounts, simply click on the + icon again and this will add another one of your social media accounts.

Once your accounts have been added, you can click on it to either edit or delete them. One of the main features of Ubiquitii is to be present across all social media, and of course… post to all your social media accounts at the same time.

You can do so by clicking on this section which allows you to add any text, you can also add links, images, videos… you can play around with any emojis here and you can also add in captions. Captions can actually be saved and used by automatically adding them into your post just by clicking on the little get caption section.

If you wish to create multiple captions to have at your disposal, simply click on the caption section on the left menu and this will bring you to a place where you can simply add new, give your caption a text or and also add any emoji you want, and click the Update button. This will create your new caption which you can then edit or delete and they will be available whenever you post to your social media accounts.

You can select individual accounts to post to or you can select them all simply by clicking your mouse. As you ca see, will have a preview on your right hand side. You can also schedule any post by simply clicking and then choosing the other date and time in the calendar.

One of my favorite features is posting to groups that you yourself can create. In order to create your specific groups you want to post to, simply click on this section over here and click on add new group, this will bring you to this window where you can simply track your accounts. On the right hand side this will create your group that you want to post to.

Let’s say for example, you’re doing affiliate promotions and you want to post a specific social media accounts you have that you know they’re interesting in. So once you have created your specific target groups, you can simply click here and select one of your groups…

And only those accounts that are in those groups will be selected and you can post to only those accounts.

You can also go to each individual social media platform and create posts that are specific to that platform. For example for Facebook, you can also post to media, link and text. For Instagram you will also be able to create a story in a carousel post. From here you can also upload your own files, or you can use the file manager for already previously uploaded files which of course then you can easily add to your posts.

There will be some posting specifics. For example on Instagram, you have an advanced option here to enter location and add the first comments to your post, etc. Any changes you make will be available in the preview on the right-hand side.

In the schedule section, you will be able to see any queue, published or unpublished posts on your calendar. You can select specific social media platforms to use these schedules for and you can delete schedules for specific social media accounts as well.

Ubiquitii is a user-friendly program that has the comparative reports that are important to analyzing our success. The app is responsive and doesn’t have any bugs (which was a problem with a competitor).

With this software I can establish strong content criteria and strategic publications on social networks.
